It was reported that Brad Will listed an address in Woodstock as his primary residence on bankruptcy fillings, it's clear the guy lives in the Ward so listing the address in Woodstock was to benefit him in someway with his legal case rather than him residing in Woodstock. Whatever the reason it's not very ethical...
Speaking of ethics, Will has yet to pay the $1,000 he was fined by the Kingston ethics committee and Uncle Jimmy has yet to reprimand him as directed by the committee. Instead Uncle Jimmy defended Will saying the City should represent him on the matter.
What motivation does Uncle Jimmy have to reprimand him? His nephew is the Mayor elect and Will is a loyal Jim Jones kool aid drinker to whatever the Noble Family Dynasty wants. Alderman Will is still the odds on favorite to be Majority Leader of the common counsel are you kidding me?!
Kingston family boss Steve Noble and his Under Boss Uncle Jimmy are playing with a whole different set of rules, they care more about the trees and the fish than the electorate and you can bet any amount money that the only people benefiting from this administration is the Noble family dynasty. We said it before but it should be repeated, absolute power corrupts, absolutely!
Will needs to resign. Gallo is right on this one and if Sottile was Mayor he wouldn't tolerate this nonsense either. I would think Noble will listen to Sottile after all he has done for him.
ReplyDeleteIf he resigns we get Champ Doran. I'd rather have Will.
ReplyDeleteWhat happens if he waits until January 2nd to resign. Sure he can stall that long. Did I hear Charlie Landi in the next room
ReplyDeleteTalk about transparency. Is the City going to investigate Fran Fagan the alleged racist foreman? What about CSEA if any of this is true both side can be held liable.
ReplyDeleteBart stop your nonsense lies.everybody knows its you posting out of spite because of you getting nailed stealing gallos sign from the union office.Don't cast stones. Go relax with a nice joint loser
DeleteWill lives on Main Street in Kingston.
ReplyDeleteA tempest in a tea pot. Is it any wonder why it's so difficult to find new people to run for office?
ReplyDeleteGallo preaches transparency. When doe she actually do it.
ReplyDeleteWhats going on with Swanzey in the 2016 Budget review?
ReplyDeleteIf he waits till jan 2nd he has so reason to resign. The requirnment is that you love in the ward by jan 1st as long as he fixes this by than it can't effect the new term. As for swanZy I hear Nobles keeping him it's a bad move.
ReplyDeleteWrong. It's by election day. Look it up. If he is not a resident on Election Day, then election not valid. However, if he returned to Kingston residence as of 1/1, Mayor Noble could appoint him to fill the vacancy.
DeleteI don't think that's the case but it makes sense I could be wrong. For example and it's just an example because I know Will lives in the third ward, say he put on his designating petition to run for Alderman that he lived in Woodstock, he'd still be allowed to run if he establishes residency by time he takes office, that's my understanding, maybe it is on Election Day. The Chris Burns situation is how I know this but it happened so long ago maybe it is Election Day. Either way he filed those papers prior to the election correct? It's a moot point, he is damaged politically and this coupled w trumped up ethics charges will cost him being the next Majority Leader but in terms of his seat on the counsel he'll be fine. He's got two years to repair some bridges in his Ward and his non stop blowing of Boss elect Steve Noble should get him a lot of blacktop in Ward 3.
ReplyDeleteHardly trumped up ethics violation. He continues to violate.....Planning board liaison advocating for Irish Culture Center ? Heard he even brought his new plans for solar panels.... Must be a real dumbo! Doesn't get it...maybe he needs to actually sit down and read the rules of ethics.
DeleteSounds. Like a really involved Alderman to me, maybe we need more like him?
DeleteStop sucking up, Jeremy. You are pathetic.
DeleteIf Brad will wants to be involved then let him be a "community activist" like Obama used to be....LOL Stay out of the political arena where he seems to not be able to abide by ethical guidelines. He is always "running around" for every issue coming down the pike. Read his Facebook..Has an opinion on every thing. Concentrate on your ward and working for Kingston within the rules of City government. If he cannot do that then resign. Without rules it would be a total anarchy. As to your statement we need more involved alderman like him....Please say you are joking.!! There is a difference between passion and obsession.
DeleteBring back Charlie
ReplyDelete6:18: are You crazy? Charlie ..say goodnight and Go away.!!! You had your chance and you certainly screwed the pooch on the sinkhole with your request to relieve flooding in your area. Drill baby Drill... (does the word shaft mean anything?).. NOW we ALL pay for it!
